We’re a small specialty boutique, and to keep our curated styles flowing, we offer store credit on returns—no refunds to the original payment method.
Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for store credit.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors/makeup

With original tags attached and in original packaging
-
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:

Intimates/undergarments, swimsuits, and earrings (for hygiene)

Gift cards

Sale/clearance or otherwise final-sale items

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. We recommend a trackable service; we aren’t responsible for lost packages.
Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, approved items will be issued store credit (typically as a digital credit/gift card).

Shipping fees are not credited.
Damaged/Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit.
Exchanges

Because inventory moves quickly, we can’t guarantee exchanges. Please place a new order and use your store credit from the return.
