We’re a small specialty boutique, and to keep our curated styles flowing, we offer store credit on returns—no refunds to the original payment method.

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for store credit.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors/makeup

  • With original tags attached and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Intimates/undergarments, swimsuits, and earrings (for hygiene)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance or otherwise final-sale items

How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  3. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. We recommend a trackable service; we aren’t responsible for lost packages.

Store Credit 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved items will be issued store credit (typically as a digital credit/gift card).

  • Shipping fees are not credited.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

  • If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit.

Exchanges

  • Because inventory moves quickly, we can’t guarantee exchanges. Please place a new order and use your store credit from the return.
